Gap Analysis Framework
Gap Analysis Framework is an aggregation of four main categories of Customer Data Management, Marketing Engine, Telesales Engine and Partner Engagements with three cross categories of Systems, Tools and Reporting. A weighted average of the four main categories makes up the total score. Scores in the cross categories will be used to summarize and recommend enhancements.

Assessment Methodology
The assessment will be conducted jointly with your teams in a one day workshop. The team will rate its own performance against a theoretical 'Best Practice' that was defined by Ezy Consulting on a scale of 1-5.
