Connected Performance Workshop™

Ezy Consulting has developed a series of Connected Performance Workshops™ (CPW) which are aimed at mapping sales opportunities to your account planning process. The information to drive the CPW is derived from our powerful Single View™ database which captures data from your internal CRM and data warehouses, as well as outside sources such as Hoover and IDC, to name a few.
The most important objective of planning is to understand the customer’s business objectives and to align account resources to meet the customer’s needs. The key areas of focus are:



  • Improving Partner Collaboration

  • Better understanding of the joint accounts profile

  • Guiding the Account Manager to leverage channel partners more effectively

  • Providing ongoing information to identify prospects and new business opportunities in respective territories

This model has already been successfully adopted by several global Fortune 500 companies such as Microsoft, Unisys, Accenture, Dell, and Avanade to name only a few. By working closely with key Alliance Partners throughout their worldwide sales offices, we have been able to show direct impact in improving the awareness of partner’s offerings within the local sales offices and helping the Partner and the local manufacturer’s sales teams improve their sales collaboration.
